Returns FAQs
🔄 How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
👕 What condition must items be in to be returned?
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging
- With tags still attached
For hygiene reasons, socks and headwear (including beanies) cannot be returned once opened or worn.

🚫 Can I send an item back without contacting you first?
No. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Please always contact us before returning an item.

We’ll review the issue and make it right.
🔁 Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get the correct item is to:
- Request a return for your original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order once the return is approved
💷 When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What age is this product suitable for?
Our products are designed for children aged 6–14 years. Each item is made specifically for youth footballers, with proportions, comfort, and movement in mind.
What size should I choose?

- If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort
