🔄 How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
👕 What condition must items be in to be returned?
Returned items must be:

In original packaging

With tags still attached
For hygiene reasons, socks and headwear (including beanies) cannot be returned once opened or worn.

🚫 Can I send an item back without contacting you first?
No. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Please always contact us before returning an item.
💥 What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
We’ll review the issue and make it right.
🔁 Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way is to:

💷 When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund.
🏷️ Are sale items returnable?
No. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
🌍 What about EU customers?
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
Returned items must still meet our return conditions (unworn, unused, original packaging).
